Hot Stone Massage

The origins of hot stone massage are divined in Tibet, Nepal and West India. Massaging with heated stones attains a depth effect onto the musculature impacting positively on perfusion and activation of the metabolism. Clients describe this kind of massage as very comfortable and therapeutic due to continuous thermotherapy.

Up to 30 hot, smoothly rounded basalt stones will be put along the power house onto the backbone, into the hands and between the toes. Afterwards, there will be a massage with more hot stones.

Depending on client's wish, the length of this procedure varies from 60 to 75 minutes. During this time you will be coated with stones on both sides from head to toe and you will feel their effect immediately. Thereby, heat and pressure will stimulate the blood flow, will relax the musculature deeply and will activate the self-regulating forces of the organism.
