Nordic Walking

Nordic Walking is conscious walking with special sticks not being grabbed but swung close to the body when arm movement.

The upper body will also be shaped by using these sticks. In so doing, a correct length of this stick is very important!

We look forward to advising you and keep a selection of rented sticks for you!

It is up to you to choose between private lesson or walking in a group. You will see how quick you will travel longer distances and you will soon find a special epiphany for your overall body feeling.

You can choose between the following services - each course is available for 60 or 90 minutes:

private lessons (1-2 people)
small group lessons (3-4 people)
group lessons (5-12 people)
